National Performance Reports 2006-2007
The National Performance Reports are a key commitment under the National Water Initiative, to annually benchmark pricing and service quality and to do so independently and publicly.
The National Performance reports cover urban water utilities and rural water service providers respectively.
National Performance Report 2006-2007 for urban water utilities
The National Performance Report 2006-07 urban water utilities was prepared jointly by the National Water Commission, all state and territory governments and the Water Services Association of Australia. The report tracks the performance of the urban water sector for the financial year 2006-07 and provides the Australian public with a reliable and transparent source of information for urban water utilities.

The National Performance Report 2006-07 rural water utilities was prepared jointly by the National Water Commission and the state and territory governments. The National Performance Report 2006-07 Rural Water Service Providers reports the performance of the thirteen largest rural water service providers across five states.
