Snowy Water Inquiry Outcomes Implementation Deed
Developed to implement the Heads of Agreement, this Deed establishes a legally binding agreement between the New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian governments on the outcomes of the Snowy Water Inquiry and their implementation.
Water sharing and accounting arrangements necessary to protect the interests of the affected jurisdictions have been agreed through the Snowy Water Inquiry Outcomes Implementation Deed and incorporated into the Snowy Water Licence and the Murray-Darling Basin Agreement through the Murray-Darling Basin Amending Agreement.
